How do we choose the right bar for our event?
Tell us about your venue, guest count, event style and drinks service. We’ll recommend a design and layout that suits both the atmosphere and practical needs of your event.
Can your modular bars fit different layouts?
Yes. Nairobi and Helsinki can be arranged in straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, W-shaped, two facing L-shaped and full 360° configurations. We recommend a layout based on your space, access and service requirements.
What’s the difference between a mobile bar and a drinks cart?
A mobile bar supports a fuller service setup, including cocktail preparation. A drinks cart offers a more focused experience, such as champagne, wine or spritz service. The suitable menu depends on the cart and equipment selected.
Can we hire a bar without mixologists?
No. Our bars are available exclusively as part of a full-service experience with The LiquiNeers mixologists. We do not offer standalone bar rentals.
Can the bars be used indoors and outdoors?
We assess suitability for your chosen setting, including access, the installation surface, weather exposure and any power requirements. For outdoor events, we also agree on suitable protection or an alternative arrangement where needed.
Are delivery, installation and collection included?
Your quotation specifies delivery, installation, dismantling and collection arrangements, along with any related charges. We coordinate the timings and venue access before your event.
