For two consecutive years, The LiquiNeers has been selected to deliver a full mocktail bar experience for Dubai Holding’s annual staff event, hosted at Dubai Holding Headquarters in Dubai.
The brief called for a complete non-alcoholic bar experience that could operate efficiently throughout the event while maintaining the presentation, interaction and attention to detail associated with a professionally operated cocktail bar.
A Full Mocktail Bar Experience
For the event, The LiquiNeers created a fully fledged outdoor mocktail bar operated by our professional bar team.
The setup brought together a substantial wooden bar installation, professional bar equipment, glassware, fresh garnishes, beverage preparation stations and a dedicated service team.
The objective was not simply to provide non-alcoholic refreshments. It was to create a genuine bar experience without alcohol—where presentation, freshly prepared drinks, interaction with the bar team and efficient service all formed part of the occasion.

For the Dubai Holding event, the bar was designed to become part of the environment while allowing our team to prepare and serve mocktails throughout the gathering.
From the bar installation and mise-en-place to fresh garnishes and final presentation, every element was prepared around the requirements of the event.
Returning for a Second Consecutive Year
Following our first Dubai Holding staff event, The LiquiNeers returned for a second consecutive year to deliver the mocktail bar experience again.
