Can you create a branded bar for a product launch?
A branded bar can become part of your product launch experience, with the bar selection, drinks menu and presentation shaped around your brand identity. We discuss your event concept, venue and guest numbers before recommending suitable options, such as branded menus, logo-stamped ice or personalised signature serves. Branding availability, production requirements and any additional costs are confirmed in your quotation.
Can the cocktail or mocktail menu match our brand?
Our mixologists develop bespoke cocktail and mocktail menus around your brand story, audience and occasion. Drink names, flavour profiles, colours, garnishes and menu design can be considered together to create a coherent beverage experience. We agree on the proposed menu and presentation with you before the event, taking service speed, guest preferences and the available setup into account.
Do you handle large corporate events?
Corporate event bar catering requires a setup that suits both the atmosphere and the flow of guests. For receptions, company celebrations and VIP hospitality in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and across the UAE, we plan staffing and bar stations around guest numbers, menu complexity and service duration. Venue access, setup timings and operational responsibilities are agreed in advance, with the confirmed equipment and services clearly listed in your proposal.
Can you provide alcohol-free experiences?
An entirely alcohol-free bar can offer a complete hospitality experience for corporate receptions, product launches and brand activations. We create bespoke mocktails with balanced flavours, thoughtful garnishes and considered glassware, served by professional mixologists. Coffee and barista service can also be discussed as part of your event brief. Alcohol is excluded from all LiquiNeers packages; when an alcoholic menu is agreed, it must be supplied by the client, venue or an appointed supplier.
Do you work with event agencies and production companies?
We coordinate the beverage service with your event agency, production company, caterer or venue team so it fits into the wider event plan. This includes agreeing on bar placement, access, setup and dismantling timings, service hours and the responsibilities of each supplier. Sharing your event brief, venue arrangements and branding requirements early helps us prepare a practical proposal and keep the hospitality aligned with your event concept.
