A menu shaped around your guests
Share your occasion, guest count, preferred flavours and service hours. A focused cocktail and mocktail menu gives guests meaningful choices without making every order complicated.
Discuss ingredient sensitivities and alcohol-free requirements before confirming the menu. If you require strictly zero-alcohol ingredients, ask the provider to check the proposed products individually.
A clear staffing plan
Ask who will prepare drinks, replenish the station, collect used glasses and circulate welcome drinks. These responsibilities should be agreed rather than assumed.
Bartenders and mixologists manage the drinks service at the bar. Waiting staff can support circulation and table service where included. Staffing recommendations should reflect arrival patterns, menu complexity and the event schedule—not guest numbers alone.
The equipment and ingredients
Check whether your quotation includes the mobile bar, glassware, ice, mixers, juices, water, garnishes and bar equipment. Confirm quantities and any agreed replenishment arrangements.
Two proposals can use the phrase “full service” while including different elements. Compare the written scope, service hours and additional charges rather than the headline price alone.
Delivery, setup and collection
Confirm venue access, loading arrangements, installation times and collection. Share photographs of gates, stairs or lifts early, particularly for villas and yachts.
For outdoor events, agree on suitable placement, protection and an alternative arrangement where needed. Clarify any power, water or preparation facilities required by the selected setup.
Supplier responsibilities
Alcohol is excluded from all LiquiNeers packages. It must be supplied by the client, venue or an appointed supplier. Agree on handover arrangements before the event.
Also confirm glassware breakage terms, clearing responsibilities, overtime arrangements and the named contact for setup.
